Here Are The Rules For All ON-AIR Contests Conducted By WSEN.
1.
There is no purchase necessary.
2.
Listeners are eligible to win one regularly scheduled contest* and one special contest per
household every thirty (30) days.
3.
For scheduled contest listing, go to wsenfm.com. We reserve the right to restrict certain
contest eligibility by age.
4.
Any taxes and gratuities are the responsibility of the prize winner. Prizes must be
claimed within thirty (30) days of winning.
5.
Prizes must be picked up at the WSEN Offices between 9am and 5pm, Monday through
Friday, excluding holidays.
6.
WSEN is not responsible for lost or misdirected entries, prizes lost in the mail, or through
a delivery service.
7.
Typographical, mechanical or operator error is not the responsibility of WSEN. Winners
may be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility within thirty days of notification.
Failure to do so will result in disqualification. Winners must also bring proper
identification when picking up prizes
8.
Employees of Buckley Radio, their affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotional
agencies and their family members are not eligible.
9.
No substitutions of prizes are allowed.
