6. A listener is eligible to win a WKQI only once every thirty (30) days. A
listener is eligible to win a WKQI prize valued at $600 or more only once
every six (6) months.
7. Prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. WKQI
reserves the right to substitute for any prize for one of equal or greater
value.
8. Winners will be required to sign a release of liability form before claiming
the prize. Pursuant to the liability release, the prize winner agrees to hold
Dr. Michael Gray and The Michigan Cosmetic Surgery Center, Clear
Channel Worldwide and its subsidiaries and their respective officers,
shareholders, directors, employees, agents and representatives harmless
against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly from the
prize or contest.
9. Entry into any contest constitutes full permission to broadcast and/or to
photograph or publish the participant's name, voice, face and likeness
without compensation.
10. Employees and their immediate families of Clear Channel Worldwide, its
subsidiaries, including WKQI, and other radio and television stations in
Detroit ADI are not eligible to participate in any contest presented by
WKQI.
11. Winners will have thirty (30) days to pick up their prize. Failure to pick up
their prize will result in forfeiture of said prize.
12. WKQI is not responsible for damage to a prize or loss of a prize after the
prize has been picked up. Winners must check their prizes before leaving
the station.
13. WKQI reserves the right to amend the rules of any contest. Any changes
in governing rules will be announced and implemented the following day.
Any dispute regarding the rules will be submitted to the Vice President and
General Manager of WKQI for resolution and the decision will be final.
14. Winners of any on-air contest are solely responsible for any and all state,
local and federal taxes associated with the prize as well as for any
expenses incurred but not specified as part of the prize.
15. Copies of written contest rules are available during regular business hours
at WKQI's studio located at 27675 Halsted Road, Farmington Hills, MI
48331.
