TOURNAMENT RULES AND GUIDELINES:
1.
Roster changes must be approved by the tournament director with 48 hours of the start of the event.
2.
Tournament director reserves the right to expand or combine certain age divisions without notice based on entry turnout.

Youth teams will be placed into divisions according to the age of their oldest player; Adult teams, their youngest

Entry fee must accompany this form and be mailed (postmarked) by the deadline date.
5.
To enter after the entry deadline, contact Tournament Headquarters at the information number listed on the back of this form.
6.
Each player will receive a Jock & Jam tournament T-shirt at registration prior to your first game.

Individual trophies will be awarded to 1

and 2
nd
place teams for each division.
8.
Tournament director reserves the right to refuse entry, eject players, teams, or fans from the tournament without refund for any
conduct deemed unfit for public/family welfare.
9.
Absolutely no refunds after the deadline date.
10.
A $1 spectator entry fee will be charged at the door at the Courthouse Athletic Center.
11.
No food or beverage may be brought into The Courthouse Athletic Center No exception.
12.
Individual court brackets will be double elimination with a minimum of 9 teams or round robin for divisions with 4 to 8 teams.
13.
For youth player eligibility, check with your team coach or athletic director.
14.
Tournament director reserves the right to complete the entire event in a single day based on total number of team entries.
