T his proposal contains confidential inform ation that is proprietary to SDEI. T his
inform ation is provided for the sole purpose of perm itting the recipient to evaluate the
proposal. In consideration of receipt of this docum ent, the recipient agrees to m aintain
such inform ation in confidence and not to reproduce or otherwise disclose this
inform ation to any person outside the group directly responsible for the evaluation of
its contents. SDEI reserves the right to have the recipient on request, return all copies
of the proposal at the conclusion of any evaluation process.
