Instead of "implement," say CARRY OUT.
Instead of "initiate," say BEGIN.
Instead of "objective," say AIM or GOAL.
Instead of "prior to," say BEFORE.
Instead of "purchase," say BUY.
Instead of "remuneration," say PAY.
Instead of "replicate," say REPEAT.
