Mrs. B is still recovering from her great Daytona Beach adventure.
She enjoyed dinner and the music at a biker hangout on Main Street,
but the grammar almost ruined her evening.
Two female singers, who played guitar and flute, entertained with
wonderful oldies like "These Boots Were Made for Walking."
Mrs. B was tappin' her boot when she heard, "We want to thank our
friends who have "showed" up tonight.
ACCKKKK!!
The past tense of "show" is "showed."
The past participle, the form of the verb used with a helping verb like
"have" or "has" is "shown."
