continuous/continual
When Mrs. B hears "we'll have continuous coverage of this story,"
she has to stifle a giggle.
"Continuous" means uninterrupted.
You hear it on the radio all the time: "Continuous soft rock favorites
all day."
That would mean no station ID, no commercials, nada.
The correct word is "continual."
It means frequently repeated.

We'll have CONTINUAL coverage of the train wreck.
Now don't go thumping yourself on the head for having made the
"continuous/continual" mistake.
The next time you have the opportunity, maybe you won't.
Learning anything, including grammar rules, takes time, as Charlie
Brown knows only too well:
