OUR RIBS ARE ON
EVERYBODY'S LIPS!
We include everything you need for a great meal: Montgomery Inn ribs,
Montgomery Inn Barbecue Sauce, bibs and wet naps. Every package is guaran-
teed fresh on arrival. All of our ribs are shipped via UPS Next Day Air "Saver",
packed in dry ice in custom-designed reusable coolers with two inch walls.
We've developed a system of modified atmosphere packaging so you can
enjoy the same ribs at home as those we serve in
our restaurants. All you have to do is reheat them
in your oven or fire them up on your grill for
about seven minutes. For the finishing touch,
pour the legendary Montgomery Inn Barbecue
Sauce into a pan, heat until steam rises and pour
it over the ribs. All of our orders are shipped
with plenty of sauce but if you prefer to order
extra sauce, see chart on page 3.

Our standards are so high that for every two pounds of meat that enter
our kitchen, only one pound is shipped to you. Each slab is hand-trimmed
and has to pass twelve quality checks before it reaches your table.
