· Select the BTE program for which you are
initially registering under Bridges to
Excellence Seeking Recognition From
· Enter the Practice Name and Year
Practice Established. If you or the
physician you selected are already assigned
to a practice, you will not see these options.
· Practice Administrators: Select the
practice administrator button and be sure to
enter your name and contact information.
Note: If there's more than one record for the physician,
select the physician with the patient count and call
customer service to have the multiple records merged
into one.
