Physician Information View
Updating Physician Information...
� The
Physicians tab shows all physicians
assigned to a practice.
� Click on the Physician's Name or View
Profile to access their entire record.
� Consumer and Premium Reports show
what the consumer sees at
www.healthgrades.com.
� Click Add to add a new physician to the
practice.
� Search for the physician by name and
state
� If a physician is already assigned to a
practice, you cannot assign them to
your practice. If you need to contest
this, fill out a response to "Contact
HealthGrades and include your
contact information.
�Click Remove to remove a physician from
your practice.
