21. What information is available to consumers and how can I see what they see?
BTE recognitions as well as most but not all of the information entered in the Physician Online Services site is
available to consumers via HealthGrades' consumer site at www.healthgrades.com. Once logged into the
Physician Online Services site, you can view your consumer report. You can also view your information by
searching for yourself on HealthGrades' consumer site.
Studies show that consumers are drawn toward expanded physician profiles. By updating your profile, you can
distinguish your practice with the information consumers are searching for and generate more interest in your
practice.
