FUNCTION: Configure
DESCRIPTION:
The CN command configures the polarity of the limit switches, home switches, latch inputs
and the selective abort function.
ARGUMENTS: CN m,n,o,p,q
where
m,n,o are integers with values 1 or -1.
p is an integer, 0 or 1.

forward direction when input is high. See HM
