FUNCTION: Download Array
DESCRIPTION:
The QD command transfers array data from the host computer to the controller. QD array[],
start, end requires that the array name be specified along with the index of the first
element of the array and the index of the last element of the array. The array elements
can be separated by a comma ( , ) or by <CR> <LF>. The downloaded array is
terminated by a \.
ARGUMENTS: QD array[],start,end
where
array[] is valid array name
start is index of first element of array (default=0)
end is index of last element of array (default = size-1)

Set the timeout to 0
