FUNCTION: Step Motor Resolution
DESCRIPTION:
The YB command specifies the resolution of the step motor, in full steps per full revolution, for
Stepper Position Maintenance mode.
ARGUMENTS: YB m,m,m,m,m,m,m,m or YBn = m
where
n is A,B,C,D,E,F,G or H or any combination to specify the axis or axes.
m is 0 to 9999 which represents the motor resolution in full steps per revolution.

EXAMPLES:
1. Set the step motor resolution of the A axis for a 1.8° step motor:

2. Query the A axis value:

Response shows A axis step motor resolution
Notes:
1.
This value must be the same as the step motor resolution for that axis. The error magnitude
(QS) will climb quickly causing a false error state if the assigned value differs from actual.
