Repackaged with new DMCWIN and DMCOCX. WSDK itself did not change.
The version
of COMCAT.DLL distributed with WSDK is now an earlier version (4.71 vs. 5.0)
to
make for better backwards compatibility with some applications.
5.08 July 21, 1999
New DMCWIN and DMCOCX which adds support for the DMC-2100. Added
point-to-point
tuning. Overlay graphs were added to the Step Response and Storage Scope
where
it made sense. When you exit the Storage Scope, an "ST" command is no longer
automatically sent to the controller. Bug fixes: On the Terminal form, you can
now use Alt+E to bring up the Editor. There used to be a conflict. The Storage
Scope graphs were missing the last point. Manual Tuning never unlocked the PID
edit boxes once they were lockeked. Analog data capture was added to the
Storage
Scope. The Axis Overview screen (from the Terminal) incorrectly showed the FL
RL switches. The KeyState control was removed and now CAPS LOCK control is
done internally.
5.07 February 5, 1999
New DMCWIN which adds support for the DMC-1802. Added the Motion
Profile Builder
screens.
5.06 October 8, 1998
New DMCWIN and DMCOCX. Ehancements include adding a download
firmware menu item
to the terminal and some general performance tuning. The following bugs were
fixed. The DMCShell object was overriding the registry for the time-out value.
If you had both the terminal and the scope active, and clicked on the scope while
the "Start Collecting" button was diabled, the program would crash. The step
response parameter form now correctly sets the AC and DC parameters. The
scope
in the 16-bit version is now limited to 6000 points because of a Graphics Server
limitation. The conservative compensation tuning test was fixed. Using the
scope,
array points are freed if no array points are available. The system evaluation
tests could appear to fail if a communication error occurred. The only way to
recover was to exit the WSDK and start over.
