1.22 02/02/95
Removed torque window from Absolute stability test. Changed
terminal to not send garbage if no command was set.
1.21 05/23/94
Crossover Frequency test does not try to set the KD, KP or KI to
invalid values. Crossover Frequency test allows for different values
of TM (other than 1000). This version also has the scope
automatically scale the data upon reading data from the controller.
This also corrects the amps/volt of the AMP-1100.

SDK can now tune 1080s.

Fixed bug in the inertia display in system analysis.
