Added a new report viewer and a new report format. Few memory problems
have been fixed. A new file dialog window has replaced the old one.

This version adds in two new controllers - the DMC-1300, a
four axis VME-Bus controller; and the DMC-1580, an 8 axis
standalone controller. This version also has some minor
changes on the printout. The values are now all printed as
4 significant digits. The motor also has the RMS torque
displayed.
