HPGL2DMC version notes:
2.04a July 6, 1999
Renamed the CAD2DMC DLL and added a 32-bit option as well. We now
include a C header file and a VB .BAS file so that customers can call
the DLL. Simplified the API in the DLL. Added the ability to view the
log file in HPGLSHOW.EXE. Added the ability to add the
RAPID_ON/RAPID_OFF
statements (for DMCMove) to the PU/DP macros.

Replaced the old HPGLVB.EXE and HPGLVB3.EXE with HPGLSHOW.EXE.
This
Windows program show the motion path as well as the HPGL and DMC files.

PR command was losing the first coordinate from the first x,y pair.
A DMC VP command is not created if the change in position for both x and y is
zero.
