provide better support for the DMC-1410/1411 and DMC-1700. The DMCScope
control
was changed to fix some problems with the continuous mode. The
DMCDerrivative
property now works in continous mode. Some minor drawing problems were
fixed,
and a vertial line now marks the point at which a trigger occurs. The checking
of min/max display values was also added. The DMCTerminal control now
properly
responds to the stock SetFocus method.
2.30 February 19, 1997
Many fixes and enhancements. In general, changes were made to the underlying
Windows DLLs to fully support plug-and-play and the DMC-1700. The
DMCVector
control was added which allows users to input a DMC file (2D vector motion) and
apply corner slow down and/or tool offset. The DMCScope object was enhanced
to provide continuous capture and display of data (like a real-time scope) with
a user-definable trigger. Line and column numbers were added to the editor in
the DMCTerminal object. Scrolling for Windows NT 3.51 was also fixed. The
DMCShell object now has functions to download/upload files to/from a buffer.
The DMCShell object now supports all the new functions of the DMC-1700:
binary
communication, Data Record Access, etc.. The DMCPoll object was also
enhanced
to use Data Record Access as an option. The edit registry dialogs for the
DMCRegister control were updated to use a "tabbed" window look. This object
also allows for user-defined controller types. The DMCCompress control can
now
compress a file to another file, not just compress in place. Also, it no longer
accesses the controller to determine program space information which will save
processing time. And finally, the DMCSend control was enhanced to speed-up
detecting of motion complete status, so it can send the next line.

Many fixes and enhancements. DMCMove and DMCScope now use better use of
the
output window when labels are visible. DMCMove now displays motion paths
with
arcs better. DMCScope now correctly displays torque data for GL-1800
controllers.
DMCArray now uses QD/QU (when it can) for much faster upload and
downloads of
arrays. DMCArray, while performing any operation, now returns control back to
Windows periodically. DMCArray also has better error handling. DMCTerminal
