INTERCONNECT
MODULE
The ICM-1460 interconnect module
provides easy connections between the
DMC-1400 Series controller and other
system elements, such as an amplifier,
encoder, and external switches. The
ICM-1460 accepts the 37-pin D type
cable from the DMC-1410 or a 40-pin
to 37-pin cable from the DMC-1411
and breaks it into screw-type terminals.
Each screw terminal is labeled for quick
connection of system elements.
The ICM-1460 is packaged as a cir-
cuit board contained in a metal enclo-
sure. A version of the ICM-1460 is also
available with servo amplifiers.
AMP-1460
MATING POWER
AMPLIFIER
The AMP-1460 series is a mating,
brush-type servo amplifier for the
DMC-1400 Series. The amplifier is
rated for 7 amps continuous, 10 amps
peak at up to 80 V. The gain of the
AMP-1460 is 1 amp/V. The AMP-1460
requires an external DC supply. The
AMP-1460 connects directly to the
DMC-1410 37-pin ribbon, and screw-
type terminals are provided for con-
nection to motors, encoders, and exter-
nal switches.
