THE OFFICIAL SCOTT SUPERCROSS SWEEPSTAKES RULES.
1. TO QUALIFY
Contest begins November 1, 2005 and ends on March 15, 2006. These are the qualifying dates for
invoices and receipts, the final date for Scott USA to receive invoices and receipts ends on March 25,
2006. Invoices and receipts that are incomplete, illegible or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.
Scott USA is not responsible for: any human error, for entries that have been misdirected, garbled,
delayed by fax transmissions, lost, late or damaged, and all such entries are void.
All entries become the property of Scott USA and will not be acknowledged or returned.
2. SELECTION OF WINNER AND ELIGIBILITY
Four total Grand Prize winners will be selected, two from all motorcycle dealer entries and 2 from
consumers entries, in a random drawing conducted by Scott USA Administration on or about March 31,
2006, from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by phone. The winners will be required
to sign and return to Scott USA Administrator an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release
within seven (7) days after the date of the notification, or an alternate winner will be selected at random
from the remaining eligible entries. If the winner cannot be notified within 24 hours after the drawing, or
in the event of non-compliance with each of these requirements, the prize will be forfeited, and an
alternate winner will be selected at random from the remaining eligible entries. Fax number for entries

Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.
3. ELIGIBILITY
Sweepstakes is open to legal residents and all motorcycle dealers of the United States and must be a
minimum of 18 years of age or older. Employees of Scott USA and any of their parents, or personal
affiliates along with their immediate families and persons living in the same household are not eligible to
participate or win. Scott sponsored riders may only participate by purchasing goggles through their local
dealers; in other words any goggle purchased via the Scott rider support program is ineligible.
4. PRIZE
Two Grand Prize Winners will be announced. Each Grand Prize winner will receive: round trip airfare for
two (2) to Las Vegas, hotel accommodations for two (2) nights at the Las Vegas Hotel of our choice,
Scott USA merchandise prize pack, event tickets for two (2) to the THQ World Supercross GP and THQ
AMA Supercross Series in Las Vegas, Nev. Sam Boyd Stadium on May 6, 2006 (Event Tickets), and Two-
Hundred and Fifty dollars ($250.00) in spending cash. Round trip airfare for two (2) to Las Vegas is
valued at over One Thousand dollars ($1,300.00). Hotel accommodations for two people, based on
double occupancy, for two (2) nights in Las Vegas at current rates is valued at Three-Hundred dollars
($300.00). Merchandise prize pack is valued at One-Hundred-Fifty dollars ($150.00). The Event Tickets
are valued at approximately One-Hundred and Fifty dollars ($150.00). This Prize package courtesy of
Scott USA is valued in the aggregate at Two Thousand Three Hundred-Fifty dollars ($2,350.00). The
prize does not include airfare, transportation, meals, or any other item not expressly set forth herein.
All taxes and all other expenses associated with the acceptance and/or uses of any prize awarded
hereunder are the sole responsibility of the winner. The Grand Prize package is not transferable and may
not be redeemed for cash.
