5. DISCLAIMER
Winner assumes all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by his or her participation
in the contest and/or the acceptance, awarding, receipt and/or use or misuse of the prize, and releases
Scott USA, their parent and affiliated companies and the officers, directors, employees of each and their
marketing and promotional agencies from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes winner's
permission (except where prohibited by law) to use his/her name, city, state, likeness and/or voice for
purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.
6. GENERAL RULES
In the event this Contest is compromised in any way, electronically or otherwise, that is beyond the
control of Scott USA, Scott USA reserves the right to withdraw the transmission of this Contest and to
refuse to award any prizes after the date of withdrawal. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. Entrants
agree to abide by these Official Rules and by the decisions of Scott USA, whose decisions are final. By
entering all entrants waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in these Official Rules or in the Contest
itself. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Contest. Scott USA
reserves the right to permanently disqualify from the Contest any person they believe has intentionally
violated these rules. The Contest is void in any jurisdiction where prohibited by any state, county or city
law. Scott USA further reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend
this Contest or any drawings and may conduct a drawing and select all remaining winners from among
all entries received for that drawing prior to the action taken. Scott USA is not responsible for any
typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Contest or in the
announcement of the Prizes.

Scott USA is the sole Sponsor and Administrator of the Contest, and reserves all rights.

For a copy of these official rules (available within 60 days after the close of the Contest) and/or the
winner's names (available within 60 days after the close of the Contest) send a self-addressed, stamped
