RE-PAINT PROGRAM
English
This is the procedure to follow if you want to get a frame, fork or swin-garm, re-painted by Cannondale Europe's repaint service dept.
1) Make a copy of the original order form (order form page 6.4 to 6.6) which correspond to your frame type
2) In the copy you did, fill in your frame serial number (frame serial number)
3) Choose the color (page 6.2 to 6.3)
4) Fill in the corresponding number in the column next to the frame you'd like to have re-painted and the decals you'd like to get.
5) Call your inside sales and ask for a Return Authorization Number (Return Authorization Number), writes it down on the order form. Also please fill
in your Dealer Number (Dealer Number).
6) Please send to Oldenzaal (Holland) the part that needs to get repainted with the order form attached to it.
