Your fun-loving friends at Cannondale have developed
this innovative pedaling machine using technology
that is optimized for Easy. We think it's the perfect
bike for vacations, trips around town and other
Easy-going activities.
Easy.
1. Easy on Your Eyes.
Clean, elegant,
purposeful design. Three models available in two
vibrant colors each!
2. Easy to Find Your Size.
One size fits all. A fully
adjustable handlebar, stem, and seat provide the
perfect fit.
3. Easy Get Up and Go.
The extremely low top
tube makes getting on and off a breeze.
4. Easy Performance.
From shifting and braking
to setting the kickstand, and with a frame designed to
make uphill as easy as down.
5. Easy on Your Body.
Comfortable, upright
seating puts you in control while pedaling, and both
feet on the ground when stopped.
DaytripperTM Care and Feeding.
Keeping your DaytripperTM happy is as simple as taking it out
for a spin, providing a parking spot that's dry, and paying an
occasional visit to your neighborhood Cannondale dealer.
Daytrippers do enjoy taking a shower after a ride. Clean
using a non-abrasive brush, mild soap and low-pressure
water. Let drip dry. Note that if you've ridden in or near salt
water, it's especially important to rinse your DaytripperTM
with fresh water after the ride. Daytrippers don't like rust!
Helmets?
Let's be frank: like wearing a seat belt, wearing a helmet
is no guarantee of safety. Wearing a helmet is however
common sense, will definitely improve your odds and is
Cannondale policy. Our friend Terry on the cover is a grown-
up who we photographed riding without a helmet. Please
do not mistake this photo as an encouragement to ride
without a helmet. We urge everyone to ride with a helmet,
all the time.
Ask Your Cannondale Dealer.
If you're unsure how to make adjustments to your
DaytripperTM, or are having difficulty finding a position that
feels right, any Cannondale dealer will be able to assist you.
Your local dealer has the tools and the know-how to set
your DaytripperTM up perfectly for you please ask them for
assistance!

What to Wear While Daytripping.
While it would be a real stretch to call us fashion
consultants, we do think we have some idea of what's
appropriate (and what's not) for Daytripper-wear. The inset
photo pictures our buddy Bob in a decidedly Daytripper-
inappropriate outfit. Note the clenched teeth and tensed
upper body. Not easy. The main image shows a relaxed
chilled-out Bob ready to go out for a spin. Hey, Daytrippers
aren't choosy whatever you have on is fine. Get out there
and have some fun!
