NOTES:
1. The optional pannier rack mounts locate on
the outer side of the sideplates.
2. Be sure to adjust Quick release very tight!
3. Note that the groove on the rail guides (6)
points downward. A tab on the back of the
guide locates in the plate hole.
4. The seat base mount (2) locates on the
inner side of the side plates and between
the nutbars (8).
5. The quick release shaft passes through the
spring (5). The spring ends locate in the
guide holes.
