GEMINI MAINTENANCE
GEMINI, GEMINI Thru12TM,GEMINI DHTM
CANNONDALE LIMITED WARRANTY
The GEMINITM frame is warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship for three (3) years. The
GEMINITM warranty does not cover any bike purchased and used for rental purposes. Under this warranty we will repair
any defective frame or, at our discretion, we will replace a defective frame with the same or comparable model (due to
product evolution). The GEMINITM warranty differs from the warranty as stated in the Cannondale Bicycle Owner's Manual
only in its term. All other conditions apply. All other Cannondale components, including HeadShok forks, suspension parts,
frame fixtures and finishes (paint and decals) are warranted against manufacturing defects in materials and/or
workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
HOW TO REGISTER YOUR WARRANTY
1. Locate the barcode serial number label located on the bottom bracket of your bike. See Fig 3. item (1). You will see
other numbers "stamped" into the bottom bracket. These stamped numbers are used in the manufacturing process
and may NOT be unique to your bicycle. Your Cannondale Dealer placed an adhesive label Fig 4. item (1) in the back
of your Cannondale Bicycle Owner's Manual. This large "Warranty Card" label is printed with the serial number and
other numbers. The serial number is the only number to use for warranty registration.
2. Complete the Cannondale Warranty Registration Card (tear-out) in the front of your Cannondale Bicycle Owner's
Manual. Write your serial number on the card where indicated. Apply postage to the card and drop it in the mail.
Or, you can complete an online registration form through our website. Have your serial number ready and go to
http://
www.cannondale.com/warrantyregistration.
Complete the online form.
Or, ask your Cannondale Dealer to help you.
Even after you submit your warranty registration, you should keep your serial number and original sales receipt on file in a
safe place, in case of theft or if warranty service is needed. It's your only proof of purchase to the police and your insurance
company, or to a Cannondale Dealer, and it makes any claim easier to process.
