NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. HERE'S HOW IT WORKS: From 2/1/2004 to 1/21/2005, when you purchase any specially-marked BIONICLE
®
product at participating retailers, you will
receive a game piece inside the container, available while supplies last. If your message states: "GRAND PRIZE WINNER", or "1ST PRIZE WINNER", or "2ND PRIZE
WINNER", you are eligible to claim the prize specified, subject to verification. To claim a prize, see Rule #2. For a free chance to play, see Rule #3. If your game
piece reveals "SORRY, TRY AGAIN" or any message other than those stated above, or is blank, you are not eligible to claim a prize.
2. TO CLAIM A PRIZE: After you have made a photocopy of your game piece for your records, carefully cut out the entire center section of your game piece
containing your prize message. Mail the cut out center section, together with your name, complete address (including zip code) and telephone number, hand-printed
on 3" x 5" paper, in a business size envelope to: BIONICLE Metru Nui Claim, P.O. Box 4104, Council Bluffs, IA 51502-4104. Grand and First Prize Claims must
be mailed VIA REGISTERED MAIL ONLY. Second Prize claims may be sent via First Class mail. Verified winners will be notified by mail. All prize claims must be
received by 2/11/2005. Limit one claim per envelope.
3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY: For a free chance to play, send a self-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: BIONICLE Metru Nui Requests, P.O. Box
4103, Council Bluffs, IA 51502-4103. A game piece will be mailed to you. Requests must be received by 1/28/2005. Odds of winning instantly are the same as stated
in Rule #6. Limit one request per outer mailing envelope.
4. VERIFICATION: All claims of winning game pieces are subject to verification by PMI, an independent judging organization whose decisions are final. All mate-
rial submitted becomes the sole property of LEGO Systems, Inc. ("Sponsor") and will not be returned. Any game piece that is illegible, mutilated, altered, duplicated,
tampered with, forged, torn or contains printing, typographical or other errors will be null and void. Only Official Game Pieces obtained via Rule #1 or Rule #3 shall
be deemed to have been obtained legitimately. Official Game Pieces may not be transferred or sold. In the event of printing or other error or irregular game piece,
LEGO Systems, Inc., participating retailers, their franchisees, their partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion, fulfillment, judging agents and agencies shall not have
any liability. If, due to printing, production or other error, more winning game pieces are distributed or more prizes are claimed than are intended to be awarded for
any prize level per Rule #6, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize level. In no event
will sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes per Rule #6. Game pieces, which are distributed where prohibited by law or not obtained
legitimately, will be null and void. Not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, or illegible entries, nor postage due or misdirected mail.
5. SECOND CHANCE DRAWING: In the event any Grand and/or First Prizes are unclaimed, they will be awarded in a Second Chance random drawing on
or about 2/14/2005 from among all eligible Second Chance entries received. All other unclaimed prizes will not be awarded. To enter, on a 3" x 5" piece of paper,
hand-print your name, complete address (including zip code) and telephone number and mail in a hand-addressed, stamped #10 envelope to: BIONICLE Metru Nui
Second Chance, P.O. Box 4107, Council Bluffs, IA 51502-4107. Entries must be received by 2/11/2005. Odds of winning a prize in the Second Chance Drawing
will depend upon the number of unclaimed Grand and/or First prizes and the number of eligible Second Chance entries received. Limit one entry per envelope.
Incomplete/illegible or reproduced entries are void. Return of any Second Chance Prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and an alternate
may be selected.
6. AVAILABLE PRIZES APPROX. RETAIL VALUES & APPROX. ODDS OF WINNING INSTANTLY: (ODDS ARE BASED ON ALL AVAILABLE
GAME PIECES BEING DISTRIBUTED.) UNCLAIMED PRIZES OTHER THAN THE GRAND PRIZE AND FIRST PRIZES WILL NOT BE AWARDED.

"Golden Disk", ($50.00 U.S. ea.), approx. odds of winning 1:14,149; (50,000) Second Prizes A BIONICLE

comic collection consisting of 6
issues (one issue to be sent every two months for a year) ($13.50 U.S. each collection), approx. odds of winning 1:142. Prizes consist only of those items specifically
listed as part of the prize.
7. GENERAL RULES: Game only open to residents of the United States and Canada. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of LEGO Systems, Inc., LEGO
Canada, Inc., participating retailers, their franchisees and their respective partners, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, game piece suppliers
and any other individual or company involved in the development or execution of the game and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same house-
hold of each are not eligible. Purchase or acceptance of a product does not improve your chances of winning. All U.S. federal, state, local and Canadian municipal
and provincial taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All U.S. federal, state, local, and Canadian municipal and provincial laws and regulations apply. Any litigation
within the Province of Quebec respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity Sweepstakes may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux
for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux only for the purpose of helping the
parties reach a settlement. If any winner is a resident of Canada, he/she (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) must correctly answer a time-limited math-
ematical skill question to award a prize. Grand Prize winner (or parent/legal guardian if winner is a minor) will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release
of Liability and if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within 10 days of notification. Noncompliance within this time period or return of any prize/prize notification
as undeliverable may result in disqualification. If Grand Prize winner is considered a minor in his/her state of residence, prize will be awarded in the name of parent or
legal guardian. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. Acceptance of prize
constitutes permission to the Sponsor and its agencies to use winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation,
unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Sponsor not responsible
for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the administration of the game, or in the announcement of prizes. Recipients of all prizes assume all
liability for any injury or damage caused or claimed to be caused by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize.
