4. Drug/Alcohol Screening Test: I understand LEGOLAND California is committed to maintaining a drug/alcohol-free work
environment. If I am considered for a position, I agree to participate in a drug/alcohol-screening program and I understand that my
employment will be contingent upon notification of a negative result. I also understand that my continued employment MAY be
contingent upon the passing of subsequent drug/alcohol screening tests.

5. Model Citizen Performance and Appearance Standards: I understand that LEGOLAND California has high standards for
attendance, performance, and guest service. If offered employment at LEGOLAND California I will agree to meet or exceed these
standards, and emulate the behaviors and attributes of a Model Citizen. I understand that if offered employment at LEGOLAND
California I will be required to follow the Appearance and Wardrobe Standards Policy. I understand that if at the end of my employ-
ment with LEGOLAND California I don't return the LEGOLAND wardrobe(s) provided by the company, I will pay to the company
