Texas State Air-Hockey Championships

S
ince its conception in 1972, Air-Hockey has
quickly grown to become one of the most
exciting table sports of its kind. Air-Hockey
players combine pinpoint accuracy with
chess-like strategy to create a blitzkrieg of
fast and deceptive shots. With pucks
traveling at over 40 mph, Air-Hockey is sure
to satisfy one's daily dose of speed and
adrenalin.
P
layers from all around the world including
World Champion Danny Hynes and three-
time World Champion Jose Mora will be
onsite at this event. Competitors will
participate in doubles and singles competition
and will play over a hundred games of
competitive Air-Hockey throughout the
weekend.

he 2002 Texas State Air-Hockey
Championships is an official tournament of
the United States Air-Hockey Association
(USAA) and will determine state rankings for
all participants.
