A risk-reward hole to finish the front nine. The
longer off the tee, the narrower the fairway is, with
the Persian Gulf guarding the left and the
Caspian Sea the right. If too far down the
fairway, a knockdown shot is the only
legal play to the green, as
there is a UN imposed
no-fly zone above the
34th parallel.

You'll either be
Lord of the Jungle or George of the Jungle after playing the
longest hole on the course. Only three well hit shots will
get you to the green, while an errant shot might leave
you with the lemurs. (Actually, as lemurs are
endangered, shots landing on Madagascar are
considered OOB)

A perfect tee shot is slightly right of Chad. Balls
landing in Chad are bad. Duffers had been
purposely aiming directly at the face of the
pyramids, as they funnel shots right to the green, but
new local rule 15.2 states "
golfers doing so are
themselves dropped 1 club length from a nest of asps".

Golf architects did what
nature couldn't do for
500,000 years - turn the
Sahara into lush greenery.
Altogether a fairly easy hole,
watch out for Dromedary Shank, the
notorious golf ball eating camel off the
left side of the fairway.

Although some consider this hole unfair, it is still one of the most
scenic. The more accurate the approach, the more likely it will hit
La Tour d' Eiffel. Players that feel uneasy about clearing the
English Channel on the fly can instead aim for the French end of
the Channel, and have their shot pop out on the southern edge
of the green.

For those that have always wanted
to go to Europe, but never have,
feel free to spend some extra
time on this hole. Blast
your drive from Munich,
hack your way out of the
Balkans, and chip your
way through the streets
of Kiev.

Golfers lucky enough to tee off in the
second week of July enjoy the mild
Siberian summer. The other 51
weeks... well, bring your snowshoes.
Some say that late in the afternoon, the
Mongolian green bears an
uncanny resemblance
to Genghis Khan.

Only golfers with proper visas are able to use
the back tees, a few hundred miles behind the
Great Wall. This is a grueling hole even from the
front, and curses such as "Kamchatka!" and
"Okhotsk, confounded ball!" echo across the fairway.
