the time of manufacture and that the Outboard Motor is free from defects in materials and
workmanship which would cause it to fail to conform with EPA regulations during the emission
control system warranty period.
For the components listed under PARTS COVERED, any authorized Suzuki Marine Dealer
will, at no cost to you for parts and labour, make the necessary diagnosis and repairs to ensure
that the Suzuki Outboard Motor complies with applicable U.S. EPA regulations.
EMISSION CONTROL SYSTEM WARRANTY PERIOD
The emission components warranty period for this Suzuki Outboard Motor begins on the date
the Outboard Motor is first delivered to the customer or first put into dealer service (e.g., as a
demonstrator), whichever comes first, and continues for a period of one year.
PARTS COVERED
Listed below are the emission related components which, if originally equipped on your Suzuki
Outboard Motor, are covered by the Emission Control System Limited Warranty. Some of the
parts listed below may require scheduled maintenance and are warranted up to the replace-
