Suzuki Canada Inc. (Suzuki) Warrants to the owner of any 2001 and later model year Suzuki
Four Stroke Outboard Motor that the Outboard Motor was designed, built, and equipped to
conform with all regulations of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) applicable at
