condensers, propeller bushings, shear pins, impellers, zinc anodes, brushes, starter ropes,
cables, fuses, filters, fluids and lubricants;

b)

any Motor which has been used for competition or racing;

c)

any repairs or replacements required as a result of accident, impact or collision;

d)

any repairs or replacements required as a result of misuse, extreme use, negligence,
abnormal or insufficient care, the use of improper fuel or lubricants;

e)

any repairs or replacements required as a result of modifications or alterations made to the
Motor;

f)

any repairs or replacements required as a result of improper maintenace or repairs or the use
of parts or accessories not approved by Suzuki;

g)

damage resulting from the failure to operate the Motor in accordance with the operating
instructions in the Suzuki Owner's Manual;

h)

any repairs or replacements required as a result of the Motor not having received, during the
warranty term, the service inspections prescribed in the Suzuki Owner's Manual;

i)

any Motor which has been assembled, disassembled, adjusted or repaired by a party other
than an authorized Suzuki outboard motor dealer;

j)

any damage resulting from improper application (e.g. motor size not appropriate for the size
or horsepower rating of boat), installation or rigging;

k)

normal operational noises or vibrations which are not caused by a defect in material or
workmanship.
