DEMONSTRATORS
The applicable warranty period begins on the first day the Motor is put into service by the Dealer
as a demonstrator. Any remaining portion of the warranty period on demonstrator units may be
transferred to a subsequent owner subject to the terms listed under "Warranty period".

SUZUKI'S RESPONSIBILITY
If any defect should be found in this Motor within the applicable warranty period stipulated above,
Suzuki's only obligation is to have the part shown to be defective repaired or replaced, at Suzuki's
option, with a new part or the equivalent, without charge for parts and labour, at an authorized
Suzuki marine dealer when Suzuki acknowledges that such defect is attributable to faulty material
or workmanship at the time of manufacture. All parts replaced under this limited warranty become
the property of Suzuki. The owner is responsible for any repairs or replacements which are not
covered by this limited warranty.
Suzuki reserves the right to add improvements to, and/or change the design of any model at any
time without obligation to make the same improvements or changes to models previously sold.

EXCLUSIONS - NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY:
This warranty does NOT cover:
a)
normal maintenance services and the replacement of normal wear parts, including
without limitation, all rubber parts (except oil seals), spark plugs, ignition points,
