OUTBOARD MOTOR WARRANTY

Suzuki Canada Inc., 100 East Beaver Creek Road, Richmond Hill, Ontario (hereinafter called
"Suzuki"), warrants that each new Suzuki brand outboard motor distributed in Canada by
Suzuki and removed from its shipping container, set up, serviced and delivered by an
authorized Suzuki outboard dealer (hereinafter called an "Authorized Suzuki Dealer"), will be
free from defects in material or workmanship SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND
CONDITIONS.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The length of the warranty period is longer for pleasure use than for commercial or rental use.

Suzuki outboards purchased for pleasure use: The warranty period is (36) months from the
date of delivery of the new outboard.

Suzuki Outboards purchased for commercial, rental/camp use: The warranty period is (12)
months from the date of delivery of the new outboard.
