CANADIAN MOTOR VEHICLE ARBITRATION PROGRAM
SUZUKI endeavours to resolve all Vehicle service concerns through our dealer network and as necessary with our direct
assistance. If you feel that despite these efforts your concern has not been resolved you have the option of seeking
arbitration through an independent third party. SUZUKI participates in a resolution program administered by CAMVAP
(Canadian Motor Vehicle Arbitration Program). This program empowers an independent third party to resolve disagree-
ments through binding arbitration. For more information regarding the CAMVAP program you can call their office directly
at 1-800-207-0685 or visit their website a http://camvap.ca.
