+ Spark plugs and ignition wires
+ Fuel tank filler cap, restrictor, and vapor control valves
+ Evaporative emission control carbon canister and associated controls
+ Emission-related sensors, switches, valves, hoses, sealing gaskets or devices, lamps, tubes, fittings, wiring har-
nesses, pulleys, belts, idlers, and mounting hardware used in above systems.
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
SUZUKI's obligations under the NEW VEHICLE EMISSION WARRANTY does not apply to any of the following:
· Any Vehicle not originally distributed by SUZUKI.
· Conditions resulting from tampering, misuse, improper adjustment (unless they were made by a SUZUKI Dealer
during a warranty repair), alteration, accident, failure to use the recommended fuel and oil, or not performing
maintenance services.
· The replacement parts used for required maintenance services.
· Consequential damages such as loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the Vehicle, etc.
· Any Vehicle on which the odometer has been changed so that mileage cannot be determined.
· Diagnosis and inspection charges that do not result in warranty-eligible services being performed.
· Spark plug cleaning due to short distance or cold weather operation.
· Any non-Suzuki replacement part, or malfunction of Suzuki Genuine Parts due to use of non-Suzuki Parts.
THINGS YOU SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THE EMISSION WARRANTY
MAINTENANCE AND REPAIRS
You are responsible for the proper use and maintenance of your Vehicle. You should keep all receipts and maintenance
records covering the performance of regular maintenance in the event questions arise. These receipts and maintenance
records should be transferred to each subsequent owner of the Vehicle. SUZUKI reserves the right to deny warranty
coverage if the Vehicle has not been properly maintained.
