EXCLUSIONS - WHAT IS NOT COVERED
THE NEW VEHICLE LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
a) Services prescribed in the periodic maintenance schedule, including, but not limited to parts and labour
for engine tune-up, lubrication, wheel alignment, tire rotation, tire balancing, cleaning and polishing and
the replacement of normal wear parts, including but not limited to spark plugs, filters, fluids, fuses, wiper
blades, brake linings, brake pads, and clutch facings;
b) any Vehicle which has been used for competition or racing;
c) any repairs necessitated by misuse, abnormal use, insufficient care or negligence in cleaning or maintain-
ing the Vehicle as prescribed in the Owner's Manual;
d) any repairs or replacements required as a result of accident, collision, theft, fire or freezing;
e) any repairs or replacements required due to alteration or modification of the Vehicle, the use of parts or
accessories not approved by SUZUKI and devices and/or accessories installed by any other party other
than a SUZUKI Dealer including but not limited to remote starters, alarm systems and audio equipment;
f) normal noise, vibration, wear, or deterioration such as discoloration, fading, deformation or blur (includes
interior trim and upholstery);
g) paint damage, corrosion, or perforation attributed to stone chips, salt, hail, windstorm, airborne fallout
(chemicals, tree sap, etc.) or other environmental conditions;
h) failure due to the use of fuels, oils, or lubricants not recommended in the Owner's Manual; and/or use of
contaminated fuels, whether intentional or not;
i) any Vehicle which has been sold, assembled, disassembled, adjusted or repaired by other than a SUZUKI
Dealer;
j)
any Vehicle upon which the odometer has been disconnected or altered, or where the true mileage cannot
be determined;
k) any Vehicle which has been declared a total loss and/or has been sold for salvage purposes;
l) any Vehicle upon which the Vehicle Identification Number has been altered or cannot be read.
