NEW VEHICLE LIMITED WARRANTY
SUZUKI WARRANTS that SUBJECT TO THE TERMS, CONDITIONS, LIMITATIONS AND EXCLUSIONS HEREIN CONTAINED, each new Vehicle
will be free, under normal use and maintenance, from any defects in material and workmanship, during the applicable term of the warranty
coverage set out below. If any defects should be found in a Vehicle within the term herein stated, SUZUKI will repair or replace any Part,
except Tires, shown to be defective, with new or re-manufactured parts at no cost to the owner for the Part and/or the labour to install it,
providing any such defect may be attributed to faulty material or workmanship at the time of manufacture.
QUALIFICATION FOR WARRANTY
The New Vehicle Limited Warranty covers any Vehicle:
a) which has been set up, serviced and delivered by a SUZUKI Dealer, and;
b) which has been operated and maintained in accordance with the instructions provided in the SUZUKI OWNER'S MANUAL, and;
c) which has been properly maintained in accordance with the Maintenance Schedule detailed in the 2000 NEW VEHICLE WARRANTY
AND MAINTENANCE INFORMATION book.
COMMENCEMENT OF WARRANTY
All warranty periods begin on the date the Vehicle is delivered to the first retail purchaser or put in use, as a demonstrator or
company car.
WARRANTY PERIODS AND COVERAGE - BASIC COMPONENTS
All components, other than those listed on the following pages, are warranted under the terms and conditions of the New Vehicle
Limited Warranty for a period of 36 months or 80,000 kilometers, whichever occurs first.
FUEL RECOMMENDATION
Your Vehicle is equipped with a complex emissions control system that utilizes highly advanced technology to ensure your Vehicle
meets federal emission standards. The "mechanics" of the emission control system were developed with and rely upon quality fuel
being used in your Vehicle. To ensure this sophisticated equipment continues to function at peak efficiency, SUZUKI strongly
recommends the use of fuel which meets the specifications of category 3 or preferably category 4 of the World Wide Fuel Charter
