(4) Piston
Piston material is forged aluminum alloy.
Piston diameter is 73mm, piston height is 41.3mm.
The piston is designed to be as light as possible to reduce mechanical losses. For example, the
piston's supporting walls, running fore-and-aft between the piston skirts, are positioned as close to
the piston center-line as possible.
Low-tension piston rings has been used in order to reduce mechanical losses.
