The use of plain metal insert bearings made possible an ultra-high-revving design reaching
24,500 rpm, exceeding the rpm of existing engines.
By positioning the balancer shaft away from the oil-pan oil level and up near the crankshaft, the
system has low mechanical losses with very little oil agitation, even at ultra-high rpms.
