NOTICE TO CONSUMERS: The terms contained in this limited warranty are not intended
to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim or exclude any warranty which by law cannot be
limited, disclaimed or excluded. To the extent that any applicable law prohibits any term
contained in this warranty, such term shall be considered severable and deemed to be
deleted from this warranty.

QUALIFICATION FOR WARRANTY: To qualify for this limited warranty:
a
the Motor must be removed from its shipping container, assembled, serviced, in-
stalled and delivered by an authorized Suzuki marine dealer;
b
all owners subsequent to the original registered owner must be registered with Suzuki
in order to qualify for warranty service. To register with Suzuki a subsequent owner
must complete and forward the "Change of Ownership/Address Information Card"
attached to the back of this Warranty Policy Booklet and forward such card to Suzuki
within 48 hours of the time of transfer of ownership of the Motor.

OWNER'S WARRANTY RESPONSIBILITIES: It is the responsibility of each owner to:
a
obtain from the authorized Suzuki marine dealer from whom the Motor was purchased:
i
a signed copy of the Pre-delivery inspection Form, indicating that the pre-deliv-
ery inspection has been completed in accordance with the manufacturer's in-
struction;
