In addition, for Motors operated for pleasure use, the term of the warranty coverage for the
following parts shall be twelve (12) months and such warranty does NOT cover these parts
in the second (2nd) year of the warranty:
all gauges and meters, fuel tank and fuel hoses, remote control boxes and external
wire harness, engine cover, electrical components (other than ignition and fuel
injection systems) and all cosmetic plastic parts.

LIMITED LIABILITY/ENTIRE WRITTEN WARRANTY: No authorized Suzuki marine
dealer or agent or employee is authorized to extend or enlarge this warranty on behalf of
Suzuki by any written or verbal representation or warranty and if made, such representation
or warranty shall not be enforceable against Suzuki or any other person.
To the full extent permitted by law, the foregoing warranty is the only and the entire warranty
given by Suzuki for the outboard motor and is in lieu of and excludes all other
representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY: Except to the extent provided in this limited warranty, Suzuki
shall not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any direct, indirect, economic, commercial,
incidental, consequential or special loss or damage or expense or claim howsoever caused,
arising in connection with the sale, use, loss of use, performance or non-performance of the
Motor (inluding, without limitation, haul-out, launch, towing expenses, storage charges and
liability in respect to any other person).
