THE CONTINENTAL U.S.,21 AND OVER WITH A VALID U.S.DRIVER'S LICENSE. To enter, complete an official entry form and deposit it in the official ballot box at your local
participating Suzuki Automotive,Marine or Motorcycle dealer. Or download an official entry form from American Suzuki's web site at http://www.suzuki.com,complete the entry
form and deposit it in the ballot box at a participating Suzuki dealer. Entries deposited at Suzuki dealers must be received by November 30,2000. Or, hand print your name,
address, age,phone number and the words "American Suzuki Heisman Sweepstakes" on a 3" x 5" piece of paper and mail to "American Suzuki Heisman Sweepstakes, P.O.Box

2001 Heisman Trophy Ceremony in New York City between December 8, 2001 and December 11,2001 (ARV - $5,000). Total ARV of Grand Prize - $27,999. Trip consists of
round-trip coach airfare from major commercial U.S.airport nearest winner's residence,three consecutive nights,standard hotel accommodations (double occupancy),and two
tickets to the 2001 Heisman Trophy Banquet and Ceremony. Winner and guest must travel together. Trip must be taken on indicated dates or prize will be forfeited in its entirety
and an alternate winner selected.FIRST PRIZE (1) Suzuki 2001 Marauder 800 Motorcycle.ARV: $5,945. SECOND PRIZE (1):Suzuki DF40 4-Stroke outboard motor. ARV: $5,881.
THIRD PRIZE (100):Heisman Trophy Winner Autographed Football.ARV: $100 each.All prizes will be awarded provided a sufficient number of eligible entries are received.Prizes
