Checks to Ensure Suzuki Quality
L
ast year, we introduced two new Suzuki vehicles
exclusive to the North American market--the
mid-size Verona and premium compact
Forenza sedans. And we're about to roll out the
Reno compact and Forenza Wagon in late 2004.
With so many vehicles being introduced so quickly
to meet the unique lifestyle needs of customers, like
you, you're probably wondering how we stay on
top of what our brand is perhaps best know for--
QUALITY. After all, J.D. Power & Associates did
name Suzuki "most improved manufacturer" in
initial quality in both 2002 and 2003.
In that spirit, here's a look at the comprehensive
quality assurance process all of our new vehicles go
through before you ever lay eyes on them at a
Suzuki dealership:
An entire "quality launch team" pinpoints the vehicle's critical quality items.
This same team brainstorms with engineering to set up optimal
production scheduling.
Early prototype ride-and-drives compare ASMC products to models from
other manufacturers. Benchmarks are set and every aspect of the
vehicle--from the stereo to the transmission--must hit or exceed the mark.
Pre-production vehicles are developed and constantly assessed for
further improvements.
Extensive quality audits ensure all vehicles are ready for prepping and
distribution to your local dealerships.
Suzuki employees drive early production vehicles to ensure continuous
improvement on the models and provide real-life performance
evaluations.

F
or recent college graduates, there's perhaps no better way to
celebrate--and to look professional during their job hunt--than to
take advantage of a new offer from American Suzuki. Right now,
graduates are invited to receive a $500 incentive when they purchase
any new Suzuki vehicle--and all of our vehicles are perfect for today's
graduates because they not only look stylish, but they're also packed
with value, great on gas mileage and backed by America's #1
Warranty. To cash in on this new incentive, college graduates can head
to their nearest Suzuki dealership, pick the new Suzuki vehicle that's right
for them, and show a copy of their diploma or transcripts. To be eligible,
they must fund their loan through American Suzuki Financial Services
and
have graduated within the past six months or received their degree
within the past two years from one of the following accredited institutions:
x
A junior or community college (AA degree required)
x
A four-year college or university (bachelors degree required)
x
A graduate school
x
A nursing school
While this incentive is non-transferable and can only be used once
for each new Suzuki vehicle purchased, there are other ways for recent
graduates to save their hard-earned cash. At www.suzukiauto.com, they
can learn about two additional offers available right now--an owner
loyalty incentive and military incentive, both of which were featured in
the last issue of Adventures and that can be combined with the Suzuki
College Graduate Incentive Program!
Getting Better All the Time
T
hanks to your patronage and support, American
Suzuki Motor Corporation (ASMC) is celebrating
continued success. This past May, ASMC sold more
than 8,000 vehicles, which is the company's best May on
record! That brings our total year-to-date sales to more
than 32,000--a whopping 25-percent increase
compared to the same time last year. We'd like to take
this opportunity to welcome all new Suzuki vehicle owners
to the Suzuki family and we anticipate seeing many more
Suzukis on the road in the coming months and years.
More Money for Your Ride
A
merican Suzuki has stepped up its Owner Loyalty
Program! In previous issues of Adventures, current
owners of Suzuki vehicles received a $500 coupon
to use toward the purchase of a new Suzuki vehicle. Now,
American Suzuki is also extending that offer to owners of
Suzuki motorcycles, ATVs and outboard vehicles. And while
current owners will still receive $500 toward the purchase of
a new 2004 Suzuki automobile, that amount increases to
$1,000 if a new 2004 Suzuki SUV is purchased. You'll find
your owner loyalty coupon inside this issue of Adventures.
You can also log on to www.suzukiauto.com to download
owner loyalty information.
