1. No purchase necessary. 2. One entry per person, per tournament. All entries must be received by November 30, 2003. ASMC is not responsible for any late, lost or misdirected mail. 3. One winner will be
selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, on or about January 15, 2004, by ASMC, whose decisions shall be final and binding in all matters relating to the sweepstakes. Odds of winning
depend on the number of entries received. Winner will be notified by mail. Winner required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and a publicity/liability release and return it within 25 days of attempted delivery
to address provided on official entry form to receive prize. Otherwise prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. One all-expense paid 3 night
