ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
American Suzuki Motor Corp. reserves the right to audit
dealership records and to hold dealers accountable for any
deliveries which are subsequently determined to be ineligible
units and/or ineligible deliveries. In such cases, American Suzuki
Motor Corp. may debit dealers' parts accounts or, at Suzuki's
election, the dealer will promptly reimburse Suzuki for the cost of
the award.
Vehicles charged back due to improper reporting may be
ineligible for any future incentive offers.
In matters pertaining to the interpretation and application of any
rule or phase of this program, the decision of American Suzuki
Motor Corp. shall be final. In any dispute concerning the eligibility
or ineligibility of any vehicle, the records of American Suzuki
Motor Corp. shall prevail.
American Suzuki Motor Corp. reserves the right to modify,
amend, cancel or revoke, in whole or in part, this program at any
time and without prior notice.
It is the dealership's responsibility to notify American Suzuki
Motor Corp. of any claim or claims within thirty days of program
end. Such claims must be accompanied by full and complete
documentation in support thereof, and must be submitted to the
American Suzuki Corporate Office within this specified time limit.
Claims received after the thirty-day time limit will not be eligible.
Important: Always cancel the sale of a unit and return it to
inventory prior to reporting it sold on a different date or to a
different customer. Failure to do so may make the unit ineligible
for a future incentive payment. If the VIN has previously been
released and paid to the dealer, payment will be reversed through
a charge to the dealer's part account. The VIN may then be
eligible for payment under different sales parameters. American
Suzuki is not responsible for information that may be incorrectly

The liability for taxes applicable to the program award is the
responsibility of the recipient and not American Suzuki.
