For a tent alternative, try a light weight single wall version, carry the rain
fly only, or use a tarp or bivy sack.
For sleeping bags, you can use lighter more compact bag but add warmth
by wearing clothes to bed, using a thicker pad, and eating a snack at bedtime.
Know that closed cell foam pads are lighter and more durable than inflatable
pads too.
Instead of cooking with a stove, try a no cook meals (so long as you don't
need a stove to melt snow for water).
