Below, I am going to place a few suggestions with regards to personal
and expedition medical kits. This could be further broken down into a trek kit,
climb kit, etc. These can be manipulated to be a crewmembers kit, plus the ships
medical kit or wherever you are headed.
For small and local trips, one may only need a few supplies and cell
phone/car keys.
Personal Medical Kits

Should be carried by each individual. It should include medicines that
THEY need, plus spares.

Analgesics: non-narcotic & anti-inflammatory.
2)
Minor wound care, including blister care.
