AIRPORTS
Aspen/Pitkin County Airport
Snowmass Village is served by the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport, a short 6 miles
from the Village. United Express, America West Express, and Northwest operate
daily flights in and out of this airport.
Vail/Eagle County Airport
Serviced by six major airlines, the Eagle Airport offers non-stop flights from 13
major cities. The Eagle County Airport is 63 miles from Snowmass Village.
Denver International Airport
The Village is 4 hours west of Denver (205 miles).
LOCAL TRANSPORTATION
To and From the Aspen/Pitkin County Airport
Numerous transportation options are available including complimentary
transportation to and from the airport offered by most hotels and
condominium complexes. Courtesy phones are available near the baggage
carousels for car rental agencies limousine services, shuttles, and buses. Please
check with your lodging reservation agent regarding transportation to and
from the airport or refer to www.aspenairport.com.
To and From the Vail/Eagle County Airport
A variety of car rental agencies offer services at this airport and alternative
transportation services are available as well. Check with the Eagle County

To and From Denver International Airport
All major rental cars and scheduled and chartered bus services are available

Within Snowmass Village
A complimentary shuttle is available from 7 am to 12 pm to transport guests
around the Village.
Snowmass to Aspen
Twice each hour the Roaring Fork Transit Agency provides transportation for
the 20-minute ride to and from Snowmass Village to Aspen. The cost is $3.00
each way and is available from 6 am to 1 am.
::HOW TO GET THERE
LODGING
First-class hotels and condominiums (with all the comforts of home) are
available throughout Snowmass Village for registrants and families. WMS
Conference rates are good 3 days before and 3 days post-Conference,
depending on availability.
For Reservation at the Silvertree Hotel, Wildwood Lodge, Terracehouse
Condominium, or Interlude Condominium please call (800)8374255. Deposit
Policy: 50% of the total room night revenue is due upon booking. The balance
is due upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: If the reservation is canceled more than
14 days prior to arrival, the deposit is refunded less a 25.00 administration fee. If
canceled within 14 days 100% of the deposit is forfeited.
The Snowmass Inn, Stonebridge Inn, Pokolodi Lodge, Mountain Chalet,
Timberline, Terracehouse, Interlude, Chamonix, Enclave, Tamarack Condominium,
or Top of the Village Condominium reservations can be made by calling: Stay
Aspen/Snowmass 800-SNOWMASS (800-766-9627. Deposit/Payment Policy: A
10% deposit along with a $10.00 processing fee will be charged at the time that
the reservation is made. Final balance is due 30 days prior to arrival & reservation
is non refundable.
The lodging options listed above are offering WMS conference rates. The
condominiums are available in studios, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units. Please be
sure to mention "The Wilderness Medical Society" when you make
your reservation.
